| dcterms.abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of depression treatment, in particular to a system and a product for treating depression and application. The system for treating depression comprises: an expression vector implanting unit, which is used for implanting a vector capable of expressing a large-conductivity mechanical sensitive ion channel MscL-G22S into a subject for expression; and the acoustic genetics regulation unit is used for performing ultrasonic stimulation on a subject implanted with the carrier. According to the application, a mutant of a large-conductivity mechanical sensitive ion channel MscL-G22S is used as an acoustic genetics tool, the reaction of serotonergic neurons to ultrasound can be enhanced by utilizing the expression of the mutant in a subject, and a very good anti-depression effect on the subject is achieved through acoustic genetics regulation, so that the effect of treating depression is achieved. | - |
