| dcterms.abstract | The invention discloses an anti-lock braking control method and system and an electromechanical braking device. According to the anti-lock braking control method, only the angular acceleration of wheels needs to be measured, a vehicle is made to conduct reciprocating running of deceleration and acceleration during braking through a continuous control period, the wheels are prevented from being locked, and the braking distance is shortened; according to the electromechanical braking device, the braking torque applied to the brake is converted into the acting force on the brake pad according to the lever principle, braking is achieved through the braking wedge block, force transmission is completed through a mechanical structure, a complex hydraulic power device is not needed, and compared with a conventional electro-hydraulic braking device, the electromechanical braking device is simpler in structure and lower in cost. When used for anti-lock braking, the pedal vibration is avoided, the braking torque control is more accurate, and the braking efficiency and stability are improved. | - |
| dcterms.abstract | 本申请公开了一种防抱死制动控制方法、系统及机电式制动装置,其中的防抱死制动控制方法只需要测量车轮角加速度,通过连续的控制周期使得车辆在制动时进行减速和加速的往复运转,防止车轮抱死,缩短制动距离;本发明公开的机电式制动装置,利用杠杆原理把在制动器上施加的制动力矩转换为对刹车片的作用力,由制动楔块实现刹车,力的传递由机械结构完成,不需要复杂的液压动力装置,相比常规的液电制动装置结构更简单,用于防抱死制动时没有踏板振动,制动力矩控制更准确,提高制动效率和稳定性。 | - |
