Cationic waterborne polyurethane washable polyester hydrophilic finishing agent and preparation method thereof

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of hydrophilic finishing agents, and particularly relates to a novel cationic waterborne polyurethane washable polyester hydrophilic finishing agent and a preparation method thereof. The cationic waterborne polyurethane comprises a first repeating unit as shown in a formula I, a second repeating unit as shown in a formula II and a third repeating unit as shown in a formula III which are connected in sequence. The cationic waterborne polyurethane disclosed by the invention is used as a terylene hydrophilic finishing agent, and can solve the problems that the existing terylene hydrophilic finishing agent has poor hydrophilicity on fabrics, poor washability and the like. The cationic waterborne polyurethane washable polyester hydrophilic finishing agent with different properties and structures can be prepared, modification is easy, operation in the synthesis and after-finishing process is simple, and popularization is facilitated. 本发明属于亲水整理剂技术领域，尤其涉及一种新型的阳离子水性聚氨酯类耐洗性涤纶亲水整理剂及其制备方法。该阳离子水性聚氨酯包括：依次连接的式I所示第一重复单元、式II所示第二重复单元和式III所示第三重复单元。本发明所述的阳离子水性聚氨酯用作涤纶亲水整理剂，可解决现有涤纶亲水整理剂对织物的亲水性差和耐洗性能不佳等问题。本发明可制备含有不同性能和结构的阳离子水性聚氨酯类耐洗性涤纶亲水整理剂，易于改性，合成及后整理过程中操作简单，利于推广。
