It discusses the rationale for adopting the flipped classroom model, describes the step-by-step implementation process, evaluates its positive impact on student learning, and addresses the challenges encountered. The study also identifies best practices, such as engaging students through immersive environments, structuring practice sessions to provide personalized feedback and enhance learning efficiency, and integrating innovative learning technologies to help reduce workload.
