However, limited attractions and lack of a distinctive experience hinder its competitiveness against major parks like Disneyland and Ocean Park, making it challenging to attract visitors and maintain market share. <p align="justify">香港挪亚方舟(Noah’s Ark Hong Kong)坐落于马湾,主要提供亲子家庭活动、教育项目和活动场地租赁。然而,由于游乐设施有限且缺乏独具特色的体验,导致其在与迪士尼乐园和海洋公园等大型主题乐园竞争时处于劣势,在吸引游客和维持市场份额方面面临重重挑战。
