Abstract: The fabricated composite wall of the ocean platform superstructure comprises double-pipe interlayer hollow stand columns located on the two sides in the first direction at intervals, each double-pipe interlayer hollow stand column is provided with a stand column outer pipe, a stand column inner pipe and a filling layer, the stand column inner pipe is sleeved with the stand column outer pipe, and the space between the stand column outer pipe and the stand column inner pipe is filled with the filling layer; the first connecting plate is fixedly arranged on the side wall of the stand column inner pipe and penetrates out of the stand column outer pipe; the two ends, in the first direction, of the corrugated plate are detachably connected with the first connecting plates correspondingly, the corrugated plate comprises a plurality of crest parts and trough parts which are sequentially connected in the first direction, and inner filling layers are arranged in the crest parts; the two sides of the first direction of the upper fixing part and the two sides of the first direction of the lower fixing part are connected to the stand column inner pipes on the two sides respectively, and the two ends of the second direction of the corrugated plate are detachably connected to the upper fixing part and the lower fixing part respectively. The problems that in the prior art, an upper structure is large in overall steel amount and large in weight are solved.
本申请提供一种海洋平台上部结构的装配式组合墙,包括:位于第一方向两侧间隔设置的双管夹层空心立柱,其具有立柱外管、立柱内管以及填充层,立柱外管套设在立柱内管外侧,填充层填充在立柱外管和立柱内管之间;第一连接板,其固定设置在立柱内管的侧壁上,并穿出立柱外管;波纹板件,其的第一方向的两端分别与第一连接板可拆卸连接,波纹板件包括多个沿第一方向依次相连的波峰部和波谷部,波峰部内设置有内填层;上固定部和下固定部,上固定部的第一方向的两侧和下固定部的第一方向的两侧均分别连接在两侧的立柱内管上,波纹板件的第二方向的两端分别可拆卸连接在上固定部和下固定部。解决了现有技术中的上部结构整体钢量大、重量大的问题。
