Abstract: The utility model provides a connecting device and a steel bar connecting system. The connecting device comprises a first connector, a second connector and a sleeve, one end of the first connector is suitable for being detachably connected with the end of a bar, the other end of the first connector is provided with a first annular flange, and the first annular flange extends along the peripheral side of the first connector; one end of the second connector is suitable for being detachably connected with the end of another bar, and external threads are arranged on the peripheral side of the second connector. A through hole is formed in the sleeve so that the sleeve can be arranged on the peripheral side of the first connector in a sleeving mode, a second annular flange is arranged at one end of the inner wall of the through hole, a first internal thread is further arranged on the inner wall of the through hole, and the first internal thread can be screwed with the external thread so that when the first annular flange abuts against the second connector, the second annular flange can abut against the second connector. And the first joint is connected with the second joint through the second annular flange. The connecting device has the advantages of being convenient to reuse and high in connecting strength.
