Abstract: The invention relates to the technical field of automation, and provides a control optimization method and system for an intelligent manufacturing and machining process, which are applied to edge equipment of a machining production line, and the method comprises the following steps: obtaining current production environment data and current machined part data; inputting the current production environment data and the current workpiece data into a parameter prediction model, and predicting and outputting n parameter prediction results through the parameter prediction model; and the n parameter prediction results are converted into a machining control command, and an execution mechanism is controlled to execute machining steps related to the machining control command. In addition, when the machining step is executed, the sensor can monitor actual finished product quality information in the actual machining process, and the parameter prediction model is adjusted based on the actual finished product quality information. The technical problem that control is not accurate enough in the intelligent manufacturing and machining process in the prior art can be effectively solved, efficient and accurate manufacturing and production can be achieved, and therefore the production efficiency is improved.
