A treatment robot (100) for facilitating senior training and non-drug treatment is provided. The treatment robot (100) provides personalized training to the user and provides topic interaction with the user. The treatment robot (100) comprises a head section (120), a torso (110), and two or more limb sections. The two or more limb sections are pivotable relative to the torso (110). One or more accelerometers (220) or gyroscopes, a plurality of pressure sensors (210), and a plurality of magnetic field sensors (230) are provided for detecting the interaction of the user with the treatment robot (100). The microcontroller unit (310) is configured to provide instructions to the user, receive signals, and trigger execution as real-time feedback of an incentive program for facilitating the user to follow the instructions and complete predefined tasks in real-time.-
