| dcterms.abstract | The invention discloses an all-optical Q-switched switch, an all-optical Q-switched laser and a pulse laser output method thereof. The all-optical Q-switched switch comprises a control light source used for generating control light with repetition frequency and adjustable power waveform; the coupler is used for transmitting the accessed intra-cavity laser to the combiner and the second reflector and outputting the modulated light and the intra-cavity laser after interference to the resonant cavity; the combiner is used for combining the accessed intracavity laser and the control light and then outputting the combined laser and control light to the gas-filled hollow-core optical fiber; the gas-filled hollow-core optical fiber is used for modulating the beam-combined light under the regulation and control of the control light to obtain modulated light and transmitting the modulated light to the first reflecting mirror; the first reflecting mirror is used for reflecting the modulated light after interference from the gas-filled hollow-core optical fiber and the combiner to the coupler; and the second reflecting mirror is used for reflecting the interfered intracavity laser to the coupler. The all-fiber in-cavity laser optical path is realized, and the all-fiber in-cavity laser optical path has the advantages of wide working wave band, high tolerance power, compact structure and low insertion loss. | - |
| dcterms.abstract | 本发明公开了一种全光调Q开关、全光调Q激光器及其脉冲激光输出方法,全光调Q开关包括:用于产生重频且功率波形可调的控制光的控制光源;用于将接入的腔内激光传输至合波器及第二反射镜以及将干涉后的调制光与腔内激光输出至谐振腔的耦合器;用于将接入的腔内激光与控制光合束后输出至气体填充空芯光纤的合波器;用于在控制光的调控下对合束光进行调制得到调制光并传输至第一反射镜的气体填充空芯光纤;用于将经干涉后的调制光从气体填充空芯光纤与合波器反射至耦合器的第一反射镜;用于将干涉后的腔内激光反射至耦合器的第二反射镜。本发明实现了腔内激光光路的全光纤化,具有工作波段宽、耐受功率高、结构紧凑、插入损耗低的优点。 | - |
