ZL 202210956693.6 | Abstract: | The invention discloses a modulus analysis test method of a superhelical composite fiber driver, which comprises the following steps: twisting yarns consisting of a fiber matrix and a polymer matrix into a first-order superhelical structure to form the composite fiber driver; constructing a modulus mathematical model based on the first-order superhelical structure of the composite fiber driver; and acquiring the modulus of the composite fiber driver at the dynamic temperature according to the modulus mathematical model. According to the modulus analysis test method of the composite fiber driver provided by the invention, the modulus analysis test of the super-spiral composite fiber driver can be completed through a non-contact test such as direct shooting or observation, so that guidance is provided for design and optimization of the super-spiral composite fiber driver; according to the method, the modulus of the composite fiber driver can be analyzed and tested in a wide temperature range, and the combination of the optimal thermodynamic properties and proportions of the fiber matrix and the polymer matrix material can be selected to maximize anisotropy. |
