dcterms.abstractThe invention discloses a microwave signal generation method and system based on a microcavity feedback locking laser, and the system comprises at least one laser which is used for outputting an optical signal, carrying out the locking and line width narrowing of the optical signal fed back to the laser, and obtaining a plurality of line width narrowed optical signals; the microcavity resonator is used for receiving an optical signal output by the laser, feeding back the optical signal matched with the resonant frequency of the laser to the laser, finally receiving a plurality of optical signals with narrowed line width output by the laser, and performing optical signal beat frequency at the output end of the microcavity resonator to obtain a high-frequency microwave signal; and the microcavity resonator is in optical communication connection with the laser. Microwave signals are generated in an all-optical mode, a large amount of cost is reduced, the scheme is simple and easy to implement, devices can be integrated on a chip, and the system integration degree is high.-
dcterms.abstract本发明公开了一种基于微腔反馈锁定激光器的微波信号产生方法和系统,所述系统包括:至少一个激光器,用于输出光信号,并将反馈至所述激光器的光信号进行锁定和线宽压窄,得到若干线宽压窄的光信号;微腔谐振器,用于接收激光器输出的光信号,并将与所述激光器的谐振频率匹配的光信号反馈至所述激光器,最后接收所述激光器输出的若干线宽压窄的光信号,在所述微腔谐振器的输出端进行光信号拍频,得到高频微波信号;所述微腔谐振器与所述激光器光通讯连接。本发明通过一种全光的方式产生微波信号,降低大量成本,方案简单易实施,并且器件可片上集成,系统集成度高。-
