The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing the cold-consolidated artificial aggregate; pre-wetting the cold-consolidated artificial aggregate to achieve saturated surface dryness; the method comprises the following steps: mixing silicon-aluminum-calcium phase industrial waste and saturated surface dry cold consolidation artificial aggregate, and stirring; adding water and an alkali activator, and stirring to obtain slurry; adding chopped fibers into the slurry, and stirring; and curing to obtain the geopolymer composite material. The compressive strength of the geopolymer composite material is not less than 80 MPa, and the ultimate tensile strain is not less than 1%. According to the invention, the cold-consolidated artificial aggregate formed by consolidating the industrial waste is adopted, and the micromechanical properties of the geopolymer matrix are regulated on the basis of the cold-consolidated artificial aggregate, so that the high-strength and high-toughness geopolymer composite material is prepared, and a new technical path is provided for high-valued utilization of the industrial waste and performance optimization of the geopolymer material. 本发明公开了一种基于冷固结人工骨料的高强高韧地聚合物复合材料及其制备方法,制备步骤包括:制备冷固结人工骨料;将冷固结人工骨料进行预湿,达到饱和面干;将硅‑铝‑钙相工业废料和饱和面干冷固结人工骨料混合,并搅拌;加入水和碱激发剂,并搅拌,得到浆体;向浆体中加入短切纤维,并搅拌;经养护,获得地聚合物复合材料。所述地聚合物复合材料的抗压强度不小于80MPa,极限拉伸应变不小于1%。本发明采用基于工业废料固结而成的冷固结人工骨料,并基于此进行地聚合物基体的微观力学性能调控,从而制备得到高强高韧的地聚合物复合材料,为工业废料的高值化利用和地聚合物材料的性能优化提供了新的技术路径。 |
