Abstract: The invention relates to a bionic adaptive visual sensor and a preparation method thereof. The bionic self-adaptive visual sensor sequentially comprises a substrate, a grid electrode, a dielectric layer, a source electrode, a drain electrode and a semiconductor channel layer, wherein the grid electrode is formed on the substrate; the dielectric layer is formed on the grid electrode and on the substrate which is not covered by the grid electrode; the source electrode and the drain electrode are formed at the two ends of the dielectric layer; the self-adaptive bionic visual sensor provided by the invention can detect an optical signal, the detection sensitivity of the device can be regulated and controlled by utilizing the grid voltage, and the device can realize the function of gradually increasing or reducing the current under different grid voltages. The self-adaptive bionic visual sensor provided by the invention has the functions similar to those of light sensing cells and horizontal cells in the retina of human eyes, and can realize visual detection and light intensity adaptation functions. The method can be widely applied to the field of artificial vision systems.
本发明涉及一种仿生自适应视觉传感器及其制备方法。所述仿生自适应视觉传感器依次包括:衬底、形成于所述衬底上的栅极、形成于所述栅极上和所述栅极未覆盖衬底上的介质层、形成于所述介质层两端的源极和漏极、形成于所述源极和漏极之间的具有缺陷态的半导体沟道层。本发明提供的自适应仿生视觉传感器可以探测光信号,利用栅极电压可调控器件的探测灵敏度,并且器件在不同的栅压下可实现电流逐渐增加或者降低的功能。本发明提供的自适应仿生视觉传感器具有类似人眼视网膜中光感受细胞和水平细胞的功能,可以实现视觉的探测以及光强适应功能。本发明可以广泛应用于人工视觉系统领域。
