The fluorescent probe comprises a quinolinium ion skeleton, trimethylsilyl bonded with the quinolinium ion skeleton structure through a carbon-silicon single bond, p-boronic acid pinacol ester phenyl connected with the quinolinium ion skeleton structure through a carbon-carbon single bond, and counter ions. According to the invention, the boronic acid pinacol ester group on the molecule reacts with active oxygen to realize high-selectivity detection of the active oxygen molecule. 本发明公开一种检测活性氧分子的荧光探针及其制备方法与应用,其中荧光探针包括喹啉鎓离子骨架、通过碳硅单键与所述喹啉鎓离子骨架结构键合的三甲基硅基、通过碳碳单键与所述喹啉鎓离子骨架结构相连的对硼酸频哪醇酯苯基、以及抗衡离子。利用该类分子上的硼酸频哪醇酯基团与活性氧发生反应,实现对活性氧分子的高选择性检测。 |
