| dcterms.abstract | The invention discloses a high-dynamic-range complex curved surface measuring method and system and a storage medium, wherein the method is applied to a multi-sensor measuring instrument; the multi-sensor measuring instrument comprises a plurality of position sensors and visual sensors, and the surface of a measured object is divided into a plurality of local areas; a target position sensor of each local area from a plurality of sensors is determined; point cloud detection is carried out on each local area according to the target position sensor to obtain point cloud data of the surface of the measured object; and the visual sensors are adjusted, and the surface topography of each local area is measured according to the adjusted visual sensor to obtain the surface topography information of the measured object. The surface of the measured object is subjected to regional processing, and different sensors in the multi-sensor measuring instrument are selected for measurement according to the characteristics of each region, so that the precise measurement of the surface of a workpiece is realized, and the problem that the precision range is not high when the multi-sensor measuring instrument is used for detecting the morphology of the workpiece at present is solved. | - |
| dcterms.abstract | 本发明公开了一种高动态范围复杂曲面测量方法、系统及存储介质,方法应用于多传感器测量仪,多传感器测量仪包括若干位置传感器和视觉传感器,通过将被测物体的表面分为若干局部区域,从若干传感器中确定每一局部区域的目标位置传感器;根据目标位置传感器对每一局部区域进行点云检测,得到被测物体的表面的点云数据;对视觉传感器进行调节,根据调节后的视觉传感器对每一局部区域的表面形貌进行测量,得到被测物体的表面形貌信息。本发明通过对被测物体的表面进行分区域处理,根据每个区域的特征选择多传感器测量仪中不同的传感器进行测量,实现了对工件表面的精密测量,解决了目前采用多传感器测量仪对工件形貌进行检测,精度范围不高的问题。 | - |
