dcterms.abstractThe invention discloses a fluorescent molecule with quinolinium ions as a skeleton, polypeptide or protein marked by the fluorescent molecule and a preparation method. The general formula of the fluorescent molecule is shown as a formula I-a, a formula I-b or a formula I-c, wherein R1 is selected from hydrogen or phenyl; R2 is selected from hydrogen, trifluoromethyl or methoxyl; and X is selected from oxygen or nitrogen hydrogen. The electron-deficient terminal alkynyl on the fluorescent molecule and the sulfydryl on the cysteine-containing polypeptide or protein can be subjected to nucleophilic substitution reaction, so that the fluorescent molecule can be connected to the polypeptide or protein with high selectivity, and the coupling co-production rate is medium to good. The fluorescent molecules are utilized to successfully realize fluorescent labeling of various polypeptides and proteins.-
dcterms.abstract本发明公开一种以喹啉鎓离子为骨架的荧光分子及其标记的多肽或蛋白质与制备方法,所述荧光分子的通式如式I‑a、式I‑b或式I‑c所示:其中,R1选自氢或苯基;R2选自氢、三氟甲基或甲氧基;X选自氧或氮氢。该类荧光分子上的缺电子末端炔基与含半胱氨酸的多肽或蛋白质上的巯基可以发生亲核取代反应,因此可将该荧光分子高选择性地连接到多肽或蛋白质上,偶联产率中等到良好。利用该类荧光分子成功地实现了对多种多肽和蛋白质的荧光标记。-
