dcterms.abstractThe invention discloses a 5-(2-(disubstituted phosphino) phenyl)-1-alkyl-1H-pyrazole phosphine ligand as well as a preparation method and application thereof, the structural formula of the phosphine ligand is as shown in the following formula I, R1 is alkyl or aryl, R2 is alkyl or aryl, R3 is hydrogen, alkyl, alkoxy, aryl or fluorine, R4 is alkyl or aryl, R5 is hydrogen, alkyl, alkoxy, aryl or fluorine, and R2 is alkyl or aryl. And R6 is hydrogen, alkyl, alkoxy, aryl or fluorine. The phosphine ligand of the 5-(2-(disubstituted phosphino) phenyl)-1-alkyl-1H-pyrazole skeleton provided by the invention can form a complex with a stable structure with transition metal such as palladium, so that the catalytic activity of the transition metal such as palladium in a catalytic reaction is improved, and the phosphine ligand is wide in application range, good in selectivity and mild in reaction condition.-
dcterms.abstract本发明公开5‑(2‑(二取代膦基)苯基)‑1‑烷基‑1H‑吡唑膦配体及其制备方法和应用,该膦配体结构式如下式Ⅰ所示:其中,所述R1为烷基或芳基,所述R2为烷基或芳基,所述R3为氢、烷基、烷氧基、芳基或氟,所述R4为烷基或芳基,所述R5为氢、烷基、烷氧基、芳基或氟,所述R6为氢、烷基、烷氧基、芳基或氟。本发明提供的5‑(2‑(二取代膦基)苯基)‑1‑烷基‑1H‑吡唑骨架的膦配体,能与过渡金属如钯构成结构稳定的络合物,从而提高过渡金属如钯催化反应时的催化活性,而且适用范围广,选择性好,反应条件温和。-
