| dcterms.abstract | The invention discloses a method for nationally supervising and inspecting ships and allocating inspectors at a port, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the historical information and attribute information of inspected ships at a target port, and building a target ship defect number prediction model and a target ship retention probability prediction model according to the historical information and attribute information of the inspected ships; calculating a comprehensive risk value of an uninspected ship in the target port according to the target ship defect number prediction model and the target ship retention probability prediction model; and obtaining a to-be-allocated inspector set, and determining an inspector scheduling decision file according to the comprehensive risk value of the uninspected ship, the ship harbor condition and the to-be-allocated inspector set. The problem that a ship comprehensive risk prediction model is lacked in the prior art is solved, and the problem that an inspector scheduling system considering inspection resources, ship risks and berthing conditions at the same time is lacked is solved. | - |
