dcterms.abstractThe invention discloses a magnetic composite fiber cloth with an electromagnetic shielding effect and a preparation method thereof, the magnetic composite fiber cloth comprises a fiber cloth, the surface of the fiber cloth is cured by a magnetic adhesive to form a magnetic bonding layer, and the magnetic adhesive comprises an adhesive and superparamagnetic ferroferric oxide; the surface of the magnetic bonding layer is coated with a silver plating layer; the silver plating layer is formed by reduction deposition of a silver-ammonia solution, and a catalyst and a polymer for improving the adhesive force of silver are arranged on the surface of the magnetic bonding layer. The magnetic composite fiber cloth has excellent magnetic loss and electric conduction loss capability and strong electromagnetic shielding capability, can stand continuous bending tests and can play a long-term and stable electromagnetic shielding role in various complex application scenes, and meanwhile, the preparation method of the magnetic composite fiber cloth is simple and rapid, and the magnetic composite fiber cloth is suitable for large-scale popularization and application. The reaction is mild.-
dcterms.abstract本发明公开了一种具有电磁屏蔽作用的磁性复合纤维布及其制备方法,包括纤维布,所述纤维布的表面通过磁性粘接剂固化形成磁性粘接层,所述磁性粘接剂包括粘接剂和超顺磁四氧化三铁;所述磁性粘接层表面包覆有银镀层;银镀层由银氨溶液还原沉积形成,所述磁性粘接层表面设有催化剂、提高银附着力的聚合物。磁性复合纤维布具有优异的磁损耗与电导损耗能力,电磁屏蔽能力强,而且磁性复合纤维布能经受连续弯折测试考验,可在多种复杂的应用场景中起到长期且稳定的电磁屏蔽的作用,同时该磁性复合纤维布的制备方法简单且快捷,反应温和。-
