dcterms.abstractThe invention belongs to the technical field of building materials, and particularly relates to a cement-based material carbonization recycling method and a calcium carbonate whisker material. The invention provides the cement-based material carbonization recycling method which comprises the following steps: mixing cement-based material powder and a solution to obtain a first mixture, wherein the cement-based material powder comprises concrete sand powder, steel slag, cement powder and clinker powder, the solution comprises a surfactant, a calcium ion complexing agent and a solvent, and the surfactant is selected from an organic surfactant or/and an inorganic surfactant; introducing industrial tail gas containing CO2 into the first mixture, and heating for reaction to obtain a second mixture; and mixing the second mixture with soluble alkali, and carrying out solid-liquid separation to obtain a calcium carbonate whisker solid material and by-products of silicon and aluminate solution liquid materials. The defect of low-added-value utilization of the cement-based material in the prior art can be overcome, a new direction of high-added-value utilization of the cement-based material is provided, and CO2 in industrial tail gas can be cured.-
dcterms.abstract本申请属于建筑材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种水泥基材料碳化再利用方法和一种碳酸钙晶须材料。本申请提供了一种水泥基材料碳化再利用方法,包括:将水泥基材料粉体和溶液混合,得到第一混合物;水泥基材料粉体包括混凝土砂粉、钢渣、水泥粉体及熟料粉体;溶液包括表面活性剂、钙离子络合剂和溶剂,表面活性剂选自有机表面活性剂或/和无机表面活性剂;将第一混合物通入含CO2的工业尾气,加热反应,得到第二混合物;将第二混合物与可溶性碱混合,固液分离后得到碳酸钙晶须固体材料和硅、铝酸盐溶液液体材料副产品。本申请可解决现有技术中水泥基材料低附加值利用的缺陷,提出一种水泥基材料高附加值利用的新方向,并能固化工业尾气中的CO2。-
