The invention discloses a method for modifying the surface of a filtering membrane loaded with a functional material through electrospray. The present method utilizes a melt bonding reaction between polymers (one in electrospray droplets and the other in the filtration membrane) to stabilize a functional material on the surface of the filtration membrane, thereby achieving multifunctionality of the filtration membrane and/or enhancing the performance of the filtration membrane.-
