Stretchable conductive yarn and manufacturing method thereof

Abstract

The invention discloses a stretchable conductive yarn and a manufacturing method thereof. The stretchable conductive yarn is composed of an elastomer yarn and silver particles dispersed in and on the surface of the elastomer yarn. The manufacturing method is based on co-heating drawing of a polymer and an elastomer and post-loading of silver particles, and belongs to an extensible production technology. The manufacturing method is simple, efficient and high in cost effectiveness, and meanwhile, toxic organic solvents can be prevented from being used. 一种可拉伸的导电纱线及其制造方法，该可拉伸的导电纱线由弹性体纱线和分散在弹性体纱线中和表面的银颗粒组成。该制造方法基于聚合物和弹性体的共热拉延和银颗粒的后加载，属于可扩展的生产技术。该制造方法简单、高效且成本效益高，同时可避免使用有毒的有机溶剂。
