Abstract: The invention provides an elastic conductor composite film and a preparation method thereof. According to the elastic conductor composite film, an electrospinnable thermoplastic elastomer and liquid metal are adopted as raw materials, the base film layer of the composite film is obtained through an electrospinning technology, the surface of the base film layer is coated with the liquid metal, andthe obtained composite film is good in stretchability and high in conductivity and has excellent electrical stability while being resistant to stretching; the electrospun fibers of the base membrane layer are of a reticular pore structure so that the composite film also has good vapor permeability and air permeability; the thermoplastic elastomer and the liquid metal for preparing the composite film belong to materials with lower cost so that the production cost of the composite film is reduced, and the economic applicability is good; universal preparation means such as electrospinning and coating are beneficial to large-batch industrial production, the composite film can be physically expanded according to actual application requirements, and compared with an existing conductive material,the elastic conductor composite film is more suitable for the fields of stretchable electronic circuits, flexible batteries, stretchable light source devices, wearable equipment and the like.
本申请提供了一种弹性导体复合膜及其制备方法,弹性导体复合膜采用可电纺热塑性弹性体和液态金属作为原料,通过电纺技术得到复合膜的基膜层,在基膜层表面涂布液态金属,获得的复合膜拉伸性好,导电能力强,在抗拉伸的同时具备优良的电稳定性;基膜层电纺纤维为网状孔隙结构,使得复合膜还具备良好的透汽性和透气性;用于制备复合膜的热塑性弹性体和液态金属都属于成本较低的材料,使得该复合膜生产成本降低,经济适用性好;电纺和涂布等通用的制备手段有利于大批量工业生产,并且可根据实际应用需求对复合膜进行物理扩展,相比现有的导电材料本发明的弹性导体复合膜更适用于可拉伸电子电路、柔性电池、可拉伸光源器件、穿戴式设备等多个领域。
