| dcterms.abstract | As an event management student at SHTM, Christelle and Tony participated in the special event project class, where we organized the Lifetime Achievement Award cum Gala Dinner 2023. This event honored Dr. Ho Kwon Ping, founder of Banyan Tree Hotels, for his contributions to hospitality and tourism. They led the team, managed resources, and ensured smooth execution. I also headed the registration team, handling invitations and guest communication. Effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving were key. With support from PolyU faculty and staff, Christelle and Tony successfully hosted a memorable event for 50 VIPs and 300 participants. | - |
