These experiences have fostered her empathy and social responsibility, inspiring her to advocate for community care. She has learned to navigate challenges such as language barriers, using patience, simple language, and visual cues to communicate effectively. Josette believes in the importance of providing practical assistance to underprivileged elderly or disabled groups, such as monthly house cleaning services, to show them they are not forgotten.
