dcterms.abstractThe invention discloses an artificial periosteum for promoting bone repair as well as a preparation method and application of the artificial periosteum. The method comprises the following steps: combining a template with a natural periosteum-imitating micro-groove and a gecko-imitating pore groove structure template to form a mold; and adding a film-forming precursor material into the mold, and then obtaining the artificial periosteum with a natural periosteum micro-groove simulated topological morphology and a gecko bionic seta structure. The preparation method of the double-sided artificial periosteum imitating the natural periosteum micro-groove topological morphology and the gecko bionic seta has the advantages of being simple, convenient and rapid, the template shape can be reserved, the obtained artificial periosteum can be effectively and tightly attached to bone tissue, and meanwhile osteogenic differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) and angiogenic differentiation of endothelial cells (EC) are induced.-
dcterms.abstract本发明公开了一种用于促进骨修复的人工骨膜及其制备方法与应用。所述方法包括以下步骤:以具有仿天然骨膜微凹槽的模板和壁虎仿生刚毛孔槽结构模板组合形成模具;向所述模具中加入成膜前体材料,而后得到具有仿天然骨膜微凹槽拓扑形貌和壁虎仿生刚毛结构的人工骨膜。本发明提供的仿天然骨膜微凹槽拓扑形貌和壁虎仿生刚毛的双面人工骨膜制备方法具有简便快捷的特点,且能够保留模板形状,得到的人工骨膜能够有效地紧密贴附骨组织,同时诱导间充质干细胞(MSC)成骨分化与内皮细胞(EC)成血管分化。-
