dcterms.abstractThe invention relates to the technical field of zinc-air batteries, in particular to an electrolyte, a secondary zinc-air battery and a preparation method. And the electrolyte comprises 15-25 wt% of potassium hydroxide, 25-35 wt% of potassium iodide, 0.5-2 wt% of zinc oxide and the balance of water. The potassium iodide is added into the traditional potassium hydroxide electrolyte, and the oxidation reaction (IOR) of iodide ions in the battery charging process replaces the oxygen evolution reaction (OER), so that no bubble is generated, the battery has no bump leakage risk, and the electrolyte is safer and more reliable. According to the invention, relatively low charging voltage can be realized, catalyst deactivation is effectively relieved, and the service life of the zinc-air battery is prolonged. The Vulcan XC72R carbon black is adopted as the ORR/IOR bifunctional catalyst, and compared with a traditional ORR catalyst manganese dioxide, the price is lower, and the battery cost can be effectively reduced. Compared with a disposable zinc-air battery, the rechargeable zinc-air battery disclosed by the invention is longer in service time and is more environment-friendly.-
dcterms.abstract本发明涉及锌空气电池的技术领域,尤其涉及电解液、二次锌空气电池及制备方法。电解液包括:氢氧化钾15‑25 wt%,碘化钾25‑35wt%,氧化锌0.5‑2wt%,其余为水。本发明在传统的氢氧化钾电解液中添加了碘化钾,在电池充电过程中碘离子的氧化反应(IOR)替代了氧析出反应(OER),因此无气泡产生,电池无鼓包漏液风险,更加安全可靠。本发明可实现较低的充电电压,有效缓解催化剂失活,延长了锌空气电池使用寿命。本发明采用Vulcan XC72R碳黑作为ORR/IOR双功能催化剂,与传统ORR催化剂二氧化锰相比价格更低,可有效降低电池成本。本发明为可充电锌空气电池,较一次性锌空气电池使用时间更长,更加绿色环保。-
