Abstract: The utility model discloses an intelligent power-supply-free ballastless track slab arch-up deformation state monitoring system, which comprises a radio frequency identification reader used for transmitting radio frequency signals; the at least two power-free sensor assemblies comprise sensing elements which are connected with the track plate and are used for collecting sensing data; the signal modulator is connected with the sensing element; the microcontroller is connected with the signal modulator; the radio frequency antenna module is connected with the microcontroller and is used for receiving the radio frequency signal to convert the radio frequency signal into electric energy and sending sensing data; and the radio frequency identification reader is also used for receiving the sensing data. The radio frequency identification reader supplies power to the power-free sensor assembly, so that the radio frequency identification reader can read sensing data collected by the sensing element, and the upward arch deformation state of the track plate is monitored. Compared with manual monitoring, the intelligent power-supply-free ballastless track slab arch-up deformation state monitoring system is simple in monitoring and higher in accuracy of monitoring data, so that the monitoring effect is better.
本实用新型公开了一种智能免供电无砟轨道板上拱变形状态监测系统,包括:射频识别读取器,用于发射射频信号;至少两个免电源传感器组件,包括:传感元件,与轨道板连接,并用于采集传感数据;信号调制器,与传感元件连接;微控制器,与信号调制器连接;射频天线模块,与微控制器连接,并用于接收射频信号以转化为电能,以及用于发送传感数据;射频识别读取器还用于接收传感数据。射频识别读取器对免电源传感器组件供电,从而射频识别读取器可以读取传感元件所采集的传感数据,实现对轨道板的上拱变形状态进行监测。与人工监测相比,本申请的智能免供电无砟轨道板上拱变形状态监测系统不仅监测简单,且监测数据的准确性更高,因此监测效果更好。
