The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a high-resolution image and a first low-resolution image of a first time phase and a second low-resolution image of a second time phase; calculating a pixel reliability coefficient according to the high-resolution image, the first low-resolution image and the second low-resolution image; classifying pixels in the high-resolution image by using a fuzzy C-means clustering method, and screening out various pixels according to the reliability coefficient of the pixels to participate in global unmixing so as to obtain an initial fusion image of the high-resolution image, the first low-resolution image and the second low-resolution image; correcting gross errors in the initial fusion image based on a self-adaptive local unmixing model to obtain an intermediate fusion image; and performing spatial filtering and residual distribution on the intermediate fusion image to obtain a final fusion image. The influence of different-source image differences on space-time fusion is comprehensively considered, and a better space-time fusion result is obtained. 本发明公开了一种遥感影像时空融合方法、智能终端及计算机可读存储存储介质,所述方法包括获取第一时相的高分辨率影像和第一低分辨率影像,以及第二时相的第二低分辨率影像;根据高分辨率影像、第一低分辨率影像和第二低分辨率影像计算像元可靠性系数;利用模糊C均值聚类法对高分辨率影像中的像元进行分类,并根据像元可靠性系数筛选出各类像元参与全局解混,以得到高分辨率影像、第一低分辨率影像和第二低分辨率影像的初始融合影像;基于自适应局部解混模型修正初始融合影像中的粗差,得到中间融合影像;对中间融合影像进行空间滤波和残差分配,得到最终融合影像。综合考虑了异源影像差异对时空融合的影响,取得更优的时空融合结果。 |
