| dcterms.abstract | The invention discloses a brain-targeted nano delivery system and a preparation method thereof. The nano delivery system comprises an inner core and a shell wrapping the inner core, wherein the inner core is made of one of a medicine and a nutrient substance; and the shell is made of zein and RVG29 combined with the surface, away from the side where the inner core is located, of the zein. The nano delivery system provided by the invention has good targeting to the brain, can prolong the preservation time of the or the nutrient substance, and improves the working stability in blood, so that the action effects of the medicine and the nutrient substance are improved, and the nano delivery system has remarkable superiority in biopharmaceutical application of brain diseases and brain development. The preparation method is simple in process, mild in preparation process condition and beneficial to wide application. | - |
