dcterms.abstractThe invention discloses a temperature control anti-reverse osmosis composite structure capable of actively adjusting microclimate, which comprises a temperature control unit, a temperature-sensitive layer and an absorption core body layer, the temperature control unit controls the temperature of the temperature-sensitive layer, the temperature-sensitive layer changes the hydrophilicity and hydrophobicity along with the temperature change, the absorption core body layer is arranged below the temperature-sensitive layer, and the absorption core body layer is arranged below the temperature-sensitive layer. And the absorption core body layer is provided with a macromolecular water absorption material. According to the temperature control reverse osmosis prevention composite structure capable of actively adjusting the microclimate, liquid can be smoothly absorbed by the water absorption core body by controlling the change of the hydrophilic and hydrophobic performance of the temperature-sensitive layer, and reverse osmosis of urine is stopped after absorption is completed. The temperature control reverse osmosis prevention composite structure capable of actively adjusting the microclimate is applied to absorbent articles such as paper diapers, controllability of liquid absorption can be achieved, and the reverse osmosis prevention effect is remarkably improved; the method has the characteristics of controllability and high efficiency. In addition, due to the fact that all the layers are made of the fiber composite materials, the air permeability and moisture permeability of the correspondingly-formed paper diaper are not affected.-
dcterms.abstract本发明公开了一种主动调节微气候的温控防反渗复合结构,包括温度控制单元、温敏层、吸收芯体层,所述温度控制单元控制温敏层温度,所述温敏层随温度变化改变亲疏水性,所述吸收芯体层设置于温敏层下方,且所述吸收芯体层设置有高分子吸水材料。本申请提供的主动调节微气候的温控防反渗复合结构,能通过控制温敏层的亲疏水性能的变化,使液体顺利被吸水芯体吸收,且当吸收完成后,阻拦尿液反渗。通过本申请提供的主动调节微气候的温控防反渗复合结构,应用于纸尿裤一类吸收性物品中,能实现液体吸收的可控性,显著提高防反渗效果;具有可控性,高效性的特点。而且,由于各层均是由纤维复合材料组成,因此不影响对应形成的纸尿裤的透气透湿性能。-
