Abstract: The invention provides a paper diaper internal microclimate hot and humid environment calculation method and system, and relates to the technical field of infant health care, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining thermodynamic parameters of a paper diaper, building a paper diaper internal microclimate model, and carrying out the grid division of the paper diaper part; the built paper diaper internal microclimate model is initialized; calculating the temperature and the water content of each grid of the paper diaper at different moments under the condition of a certain urine output by utilizing a finite volume method; obtaining the heat lost by the skin and the temperature distribution and humidity distribution of the paper diaper at different moments according to the calculation result, and completing the calculation of the internal hot and humid environment of the paper diaper. According to the method, calculation is carried out based on the finite volume method, the calculation precision is high, the calculation period is short, the distribution conditions of complex temperature and humidity fields and flow fields in microclimate in the paper diaper can be rapidly and accurately reflected, and the damp and hot comfort of the microclimate environment of the paper diaper can be systematically and efficiently predicted.
本发明提供一种纸尿裤内部微气候热湿环境计算方法和系统,涉及婴幼儿健康护理技术领域,该方法包括获取纸尿裤的热力学参数,建立纸尿裤内部微气候模型并对纸尿裤部分进行网格划分;对建立的纸尿裤内部微气候模型进行初始化;利用有限体积法计算在一定排尿量的条件下,不同时刻纸尿裤每个网格的温度和含水量;根据计算结果获得皮肤损失的热量、不同时刻纸尿裤的温度分布和湿度分布,完成纸尿裤内部热湿环境的计算;本发明基于有限体积法进行计算,运算精度高、计算周期短,能快速精准地反映纸尿裤内微气候复杂的温湿度场及流场的分布情况,能够系统高效地预测纸尿裤微气候环境的湿热舒适性。
