dcterms.abstractA material, a drug carrier comprising the material, a drug delivery and tracking system, and a drug monitoring method are disclosed. The material comprises chitosan and glycolic acid cellulose, the chitosan and polyethyleneimine are subjected to covalent cross-linking to form cross-linked chitosan, and the cross-linked chitosan and the glycolic acid cellulose are subjected to ionic cross-linking. The drug delivery and tracking system comprising the material can realize dual-phase monitoring of release and oxidation state of the drug.-
