With the rise of urbanization, numerous traditional shops and stalls, which represent local cultural diversity, are sadly disappearing. This disturbing trend results in the gradual erosion of local customs and cultural heritage. In response, Wincy has envisioned the Bamboo Craft Festival as a vibrant celebration aimed at preserving and revitalizing the essence of local street life, cultural practices, and craftsmanship. Through this project, Wincy aims to raise public awareness about the importance of safeguarding these priceless cultural assets that embody Hong Kong traditions and collective memory. She firmly believes that the Bamboo Craft Festival will not only contribute to the prosperity of local businesses and society but also provide an invaluable educational experience for future generations.-
