The present invention relates to a novel method of preparing chitosan nanoparticles. The method uses nano empty technology so as to simply get pure chitosan nanoparticles and pure emulsion of the chitosan nanoparticles. 本发明涉及一种新的制备壳聚糖纳米颗粒的方法，该方法采用纳米空洞技术，从而简便地得到纯净的壳聚糖纳米颗粒以及纯净的壳聚糖纳米颗粒乳液。
