The tightening fabric comprises tightening fibers that produce a tendency to shrink upon contact with a liquid or moisture. After contacting with water-based liquid (blood and fester), the tightening fabric can generate an obvious shrinkage trend in at least one direction of the warp direction or the weft direction, so that the tightening fabric is more tightly combined with an injured part, and pressure on the injured part is generated; meanwhile, the tightening fibers can absorb a large amount of liquid and swell in the radial direction to fill and eliminate gaps among the fibers, so that internal and external environments are isolated, and leakage and infection are prevented. The tightening fabric keeps comfortable air permeability and flexibility in a dry state, can tighten and tightly cover a target position in a wet state, keeps the humidity, is clean and sanitary, can promote wound healing, and is safe and comfortable. The shape of the tightening fabric can be intelligently changed, good air permeability is provided, safety and comfort are guaranteed, and the tightening fabric has good strength and flexibility. 一种智能湿响应紧缩织物及其制备方法、智能湿响应紧缩绷带。该紧缩织物包含接触液体或湿气后产生收缩趋势的紧缩纤维。该紧缩织物在接触水基液体(血液、脓液)后将会在经向或纬向中至少一个方向上产生明显的收缩趋势,从而使紧缩织物更紧密地与受伤部位结合,并产生对受伤部位的压力;同时紧缩纤维将会吸收大量液体并在径向溶胀而填充消除纤维间的空隙,隔绝内外环境防止泄漏及感染。该紧缩织物在干态下保持舒适的透气性和柔韧性,在湿态下能紧缩并严密覆盖目标位置,同时保持其湿度及清洁卫生,可以促进伤口愈合,既安全又舒适。紧缩织物可智能地改变形态,既提供良好的透气性又保证安全舒适,兼具良好的强度与柔顺性。 |
