The hydrogel material provided by the invention comprises hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose modified by a methacrylic acid group. The hydrogel material is a derivative obtained by modifying hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose with a methacrylic acid group, can drive physical entanglement to form a three-dimensional network structure in a water environment, realizes in-situ gelation, is not influenced by environmental temperature change in the gelation process, and is suitable for delivery of most drugs, so that the drug release duration is long. The drug delivery system provided by the invention comprises hydrogel for loading a drug, and the hydrogel is prepared from the hydrogel material or the hydrogel material prepared by the preparation method. The drug delivery system is high in drug encapsulation efficiency, long in drug sustained release time and suitable for various drugs. 本发明属于药物制剂技术领域,具体涉及一种用于药物递送的水凝胶材料和药物递送系统。本发明所提供的水凝胶材料,包括:甲基丙烯酸基团修饰的羟丙基甲基纤维素。该水凝胶材料为羟丙基甲基纤维素经甲基丙烯酸基团修饰改性的衍生物,在水环境中可驱动物理缠结形成三维网络结构,实现原位凝胶化,且凝胶化过程不受环境温度变化的影响,适用于递送大部分药物,使得药物释放持续时间长。本发明所提供的药物递送系统,包括:用于负载药物的水凝胶,所述水凝胶由前述水凝胶材料或上述制备方法制得的水凝胶材料制得。该药物递送系统的药物包封率高,药物可持续释放时间长,适用于多种药物。 |
