Abstract: The invention provides a milling apparatus for a milling machine. The milling machine is provided with a main shaft installation part; the main shaft installation part is provided with a main shaft; the main shaft is equipped with a milling blade. The milling apparatus includes an online electric pulse processing device; the online electric pulse processing device conducting electric pulse to a to-be-processed area of a work piece to improve processing performance of the to-be-processed area; the online electric pulse processing device comprises a pulse power supply and an electrode; the pulse power supply includes a positive electrode and a negative electrode; either the positive or the negative electrode is electrically connected with a work piece; the electrodes can contact the surface of the to-be-processed area of the work piece and is arranged in front of the milling blade; and the electrodes are connected with the rest electrode of the positive or negative electrodes. Working force required by the milling can be reduced, processing surface quality can be enhanced and cutter loss can be reduced; and the milling apparatus is simply structured and requires low cost.
本发明提出一种铣削加工装置,用于一铣床,铣床设有主轴安装部,主轴安装部上安装有主轴,主轴上安装有铣刀。铣削加工装置包括在线电脉冲处理装置。在线电脉冲处理装置用于对一工件的待加工区域进行电脉冲处理,以改善待加工区域的加工性能。在线电脉冲处理装置包括脉冲电源和电极。脉冲电源具有正极和负极,正极和负极其中之一与工件电性连接;电极能接触工件的待加工区域表面并位于铣刀前方,电极与电源的正极和负极中的另一个电性连接。使用本发明的铣削加工装置,能减小铣削所需的作用力,提高加工表面质量,降低刀具损耗。本发明结构简单,加工成本较低。
