Abstract: The invention discloses a permanent magnet motor with three layers of permanent magnet excitation. The permanent magnet motor comprises a first stator, a second stator and a rotor. The rotor is arranged at the internal side of the first stator. The second stator is arranged at the internal side of the rotor. The rotor is fixed on a rotating shaft. Evenly distributed open slots are arranged at the internal side of the first stator. Each open slot is internally provided with a first permanent magnet and an armature winding. Second permanent magnets are evenly embedded in the rotor. Open slots are evenly distributed at the external side of the second stator. The open slots are internally provided with third permanent magnets. According to the double-stator permanent magnet motor with three layers of permanent magnet excitation, the yoke area of the second stator is used for generating additional magnetic resistance change along the circumferential direction of air gaps so that the yoke area of the rotor is fully utilized and sufficient yoke area is reserved to avoid saturation of the rotor iron core in comparison with conventional permanent magnet motors. The double-stator permanent magnet motor with three layers of permanent magnet excitation has relatively high output torque.
本发明公开了一种具有三层永磁体励磁的永磁电机,包括第一定子、第二定子和转子;所述转子位于第一定子内侧;所述第二定子位于转子内侧;所述转子固定在转轴上;所述第一定子的内侧设有均匀分布的开槽;所述开槽内均设有第一永磁体和电枢绕组;所述转子内均匀的嵌有第二永磁体;所述第二定子的外侧均匀分布有开槽;所述开槽内设有第三永磁体。本发明提出的具有三层永磁体励磁的双定子永磁电机,其第二定子轭部区域用于产生沿着气隙圆周方向上额外的磁阻变化,与传统的永磁电机相比,其充分利用了转子轭部区域,且留有足够的轭部区域避免转子铁心发生饱和。本发明提出的具有三层永磁体励磁的双定子永磁电机具有较大的输出转矩。
