Abstract: The utility model belongs to the technical field of optical signal processing among the light communication system, a photoswitch and light cross bonding device is provided, the photoswitch is the lamellar structure, including from the basement, the light that up set gradually down open the light control layer, operational layer and go up the insulating layer that the operational layer includes the circulator that goes on controlling to input light wave polarization state and based on the slab guide of light wave polarization state switching output direction, light cross bonding device includes a plurality of photoswitches, and a plurality of light switch matrix arrange and move about freely and quickly cross connection, and every capable photoswitch is equipped with an input interface, and every photoswitch that is listed as is equipped with an output interface, and every photoswitch can be with light signal transverse transmission or vertical transmission. Light cross bonding device can carry out the single scale intergration as some of photon chip, or as the chip integration in peripheral circuit or photon return circuit, thereby may increase electric interface on light cross bonding device basis uses as independent device with the optical fiber interface.
本实用新型属于光通讯系统中光信号处理技术领域,提供了一种光开关及光交叉互连器件,光开关为层状结构,包括从下往上依次设置的基底、光开光控制层、工作层和上绝缘层,工作层包括对输入光波偏振态进行控制的旋转器和基于光波偏振态切换输出方向的平面波导;光交叉互连器件包括多个光开关,多个光开关阵列排布且纵横交叉连接,每行光开关设有一输入接口,每列光开关设有一输出接口,每个光开关可将光信号横向传输或纵向传输。光交叉互连器件可以作为光子芯片的一部分进行单片集成,或作为芯片集成于外围电路或光子回路中,或可在光交叉互连器件基础上增加电气接口与光纤接口、从而作为独立器件进行应用。
