dcterms.abstractThe invention provides a processing method and a device for full-short-fiber composite structure yarns. The processing device comprises a roving feeding coordination device (8), a roving coordination adjusting device (9), a roving coordination maintaining device (10), and a twisting device. The roving feeding coordination device (8) is provided with a first hole (19) for a second short fiber roving fiber strand (2) to pass through, and a second hole (20) for a first short fiber roving fiber strand (1) to pass through. The first hole and the second hole are arranged in an up and down manner. The roving coordination adjusting device (9) is used to adjust left and right relative positions of the first short fiber roving fiber strand and the second short fiber roving fiber strand. The upper surface of the roving coordination maintaining device (10) is provided with a semi-circular groove (33) for the second short fiber roving fiber strand to pass through, and the lower surface is provided with a round concave arc arch groove (34) for the first short fiber roving fiber strand to pass through. The twisting device is used to wind the first short fiber roving fiber strand on the second short fiber roving fiber strand. The processing method and the device for full-short-fiber composite structure yarns are clever in structure and good in practicality.-
dcterms.abstract本发明提出了一种全短纤维复合结构纱的加工方法与设备;该加工设备包括:粗纱喂入配位装置(8),其开设有供第二短纤维粗纱须条(2)穿过的第一通孔(19)和供第一短纤维粗纱须条(1)穿过的第二通孔(20);第一通孔和第二通孔呈上下设置;粗纱配位调节装置(9),用于调节第一短纤维粗纱须条和第二短纤维粗纱须条的左右相对位置;粗纱配位保持装置(10),其上表面开设有供第二短纤维粗纱须条穿过的半圆形凹槽(33),其下表面开设有供第一短纤维粗纱须条穿过的圆形凹弧拱槽(34);加捻装置,用于使第一短纤维粗纱须条圈绕于第二短纤维粗纱须条上。本发明的全短纤维复合结构纱的加工方法与设备结构巧妙,实用性强。-
