Parallel-series polishing machine tool

Abstract

A parallel-series polishing machine tool comprises a parallel unit and a series unit, wherein the parallel unit is used for moving a workpiece (11), and the series unit is used for polishing the workpiece. The parallel unit comprises a tetrahedron-shaped support (2), a first guide rail (31), a second guide rail (32) and a third guide rail (33). The first guide rail, the second guide rail and the third guide rail are arranged along three edges of the support. The parallel unit further comprises a first sliding block (41) arranged on the first guide rail, a second sliding block (42) arranged on the second guide rail and a third sliding block (43) arranged on the third guide rail. The parallel unit further comprises a first connecting rod (511), a second connecting rod (512), a third connecting rod (521), a fourth connecting rod (522), a fifth connecting rod (531), a sixth connecting rod (532) and a platform (8) used for holding the workpiece. The parallel unit further comprises a first drive mechanism used for moving the platform.
