Abstract: The invention provides a lifting hook height detecting method and device and belongs to the field of height detecting. In the lifting hook height detecting method, the initial relative height value of a lifting hook is obtained firstly; then the air pressure of the height where the lifting hook is located is detected, and the multiple corresponding height air pressure values are generated; the air pressure on the ground is detected to generate the corresponding ground air pressure value; according to the multiple height air pressure values and the ground air pressure value, the relative height value and the operation states of the lifting hook are obtained, and the operation states of the lifting hook comprise the rising state and the falling state; if the relative height value is smaller than a first preset height value when the lifting hook is in the rising state, or if the relative height value is smaller than a second preset height value when the lifting hook is in the falling state, warning is conducted; and finally, the initial relative height value is updated to be the relative height value, and the step of detecting of the air pressure of the height where the lifting hook is located is executed. Through the lifting hook height detecting method and device, under the condition that it is ensured that the lifting hook height detection error is small, the cost is reduced.
本发明提供了一种吊钩高度检测方法及装置,属于高度检测领域。在本发明中,首先获取吊钩的初始相对高度值;然后对吊钩所在高度的气压进行检测并生成相应的多个高度气压值;并对地面的气压进行检测并生成相应的地面气压值;且根据多个高度气压值和地面气压值获取相对高度值和吊钩运行状态,吊钩运行状态包括上升状态和下降状态;若吊钩处于所述上升状态,相对高度值小于第一预设高度值或者若吊钩处于所述下降状态,相对高度值小于第二预设高度值,则进行报警;最后将初始相对高度值更新为相对高度值,并执行对吊钩所在高度的气压进行检测的步骤;本发明通过所述一种吊钩高度检测方法及装置,在保证检测吊钩高度误差小的情况下减少了成本。
