Abstract: The invention belongs to the image processing technology field and provides a remote sensing image change area detecting method and device. The method comprises the following steps of acquiring two remote sensing images before and after the change of an area to be detected and carrying out space position registering on the two remote sensing images; according to the two remote sensing images after the space position registering, acquiring the change amplitude image of the area to be detected; according to the change amplitude image of the area to be detected, establishing a relaxation threshold interval; selecting a plurality of thresholds in the relaxation threshold interval, carrying out binary processing on the change amplitude image of the area to be detected and acquiring binary change detection images corresponding to the plurality of thresholds; using a voting method to fuse the plurality of binary change detection images of the area to be detected and acquiring the detection result of the area to be detected; carrying out morphological method processing on the detection result of the area to be detected and acquiring a complete change area outline. In the invention, the precision of remote sensing image change area detection can be increased and universality is high.
本发明属于图像处理技术领域,提供了一种遥感影像变化区域检测方法及装置,所述方法包括:获取待检测区域变化前后的两幅遥感影像,并对所述两幅遥感影像进行空间位置配准;根据两幅经过空间位置配准的遥感影像获得待检测区域变化幅度影像;根据所述待检测区域变化幅度影像建立松弛阈值区间;选择所述松弛阈值区间内的多个阈值,对所述待检测区域变化幅度影像进行二值化处理获得与多个阈值对应的二值化变化检测图像;采用投票法融合待检测区域的多个二值化变化检测图像,获得待检测区域的检测结果;对待检测区域的检测结果进行形态学方法处理,获取完整的变化区域轮廓。通过本发明可提高遥感影像变化区域检测的精度,并且普适性强。
