The structure of the phosphine ligand for the 3-(disubstituted phosphino)-2-(2-(substituted phosphino) substituted phenyl)-1-alkyl-indole skeleton is shown as the following formula I: (shown in the description), wherein R is hydroxyl, alkyl, substituted alkyl, substituted amino, alkoxy, alkylene, aryl or fluorine, R1 is alkyl, substituted alkyl, alkyl ether, alkoxyl, alkoxy or aryl, R2 is alkyl, substituted alkyl, alkoxy or fluorine, and R3 is alkyl, substituted alkyl or aryl. 本发明提供了一种3‑(二取代膦基)‑2‑(2‑(二取代膦基)取代苯基)‑1‑烷基‑吲哚骨架的膦配体及其制备方法和应用。所述3‑(二取代膦基)‑2‑(2‑(二取代膦基)取代苯基)‑1‑烷基‑吲哚骨架的膦配体,其结构如下式Ⅰ所示:其中,所述R为氢基、烷基、取代烷基、取代胺基、烷氧基、烯烃基、芳基或氟,所述R1为烷基、取代烷基、烷基醚、氧烷基、烷氧基或芳基,所述R2为烷基、取代烷基、烷氧基或氟,所述R3为烷基、取代烷基或芳基。 |
