dcterms.abstractThe invention discloses an in-situ synthesis method for a two-phase calcium phosphate nanocomposite coating layer. The in-situ synthesis method comprises the following steps that the surface of a metal base plate is subjected to laser ablation and chemical etching; tetraethyl titanate is fixed into acetic acid of which the pH value is 3.5-4.5, and titanium dioxide sol is prepared; calcium carbonate and calcium hydrophosphate are mixed into a calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate solvent, and calcium phosphate sol is prepared; the prepared titanium dioxide sol and the prepared calcium phosphate sol are mixed with the weight proportion being 1:1.5 to obtain mixed sol, the mixed sol is subjected to mechanical stirring and ultrasonication, and titanium dioxide-calcium phosphate nano-particle sol is prepared; the titanium dioxide-calcium phosphate nano-particle sol is spread on the surface of the metal base plate; and the metal base plate of which the surface of coated with a titanium dioxide-calcium phosphate nano-particle sol coating layer is subjected to mixed microwave heating. The two-phase calcium phosphate nanocomposite coating layer prepared through the in-situ synthesis method has good biological activity, the adhesive force between the coating layer and the metal surface is high, and bone tissue growing and functional recovery can be well facilitated.-
dcterms.abstract本发明公开了一种原位合成双相磷酸钙纳米复合材料涂层的方法,包括以下步骤:对金属基板表面进行激光烧蚀和化学蚀刻;在pH值为3.5~4.5的醋酸中混入钛酸四乙酯,制备出二氧化钛溶胶;在二水磷酸氢钙溶剂中混入碳酸钙及磷酸氢钙,制备出磷酸钙溶胶;将制备出的二氧化钛溶胶和磷酸钙溶胶以1∶1.5的重量比例混合,并对混合溶胶进行机械搅拌和超声破碎,制成二氧化钛‑磷酸钙纳米颗粒凝胶;将凝胶涂覆于金属基板表面;对表面涂覆有二氧化钛‑磷酸钙纳米颗粒凝胶涂层的金属基板进行混合微波加热。该方法使制备的双相磷酸钙纳米复合材料涂层具有良好的生物活性,并且与金属表面的粘合力强,能够很好的促进骨组织生长和功能恢复。-
