Abstract: The invention is suitable for the field of biotechnology application, and provides a botulinum neurotoxin type A substrate-type polypeptide inhibitor, the polypeptide inhibitor is a combination area and an active area containing a botulinum neurotoxin type A substrate, the polypeptide inhibitor is one of R1, R2, R197C, and R1-RXF, wherein, the R1-RXF comprises R1-RGF, and R1-RAF, R1-RFF, R1-RIF, R1-RLF, R1-RPF and R1-RWF obtained by respectively substituting G by A, F, I, L, P or W in a R1-RGF amino acid sequence.
本发明适用于生物技术应用研究领域,提供了一种A型肉毒神经毒素底物型多肽抑制剂,所述多肽抑制剂为同时含有靶向A型肉毒神经素上的底物结合区域和活性区域,且所述多肽抑制剂为R1、R2、R197C、R1-RXF中的一种,其中,所述R1-RXF包括R1-RGF和所述R1-RGF氨基酸序列中的G被A、F、I、L、P或W中的一个替代后分别获得的R1-RAF、R1-RFF、R1-RIF、R1-RLF、R1-RPF和R1-RWF。
