dcterms.abstractThe invention discloses a preparation method of a saturable absorber, a saturable absorber and a fiber laser. The preparation method of the saturable absorber comprises the following steps of: puttingthe block of diindium triselenide in an organic solvent; placing the organic solvent containing the diindium triselenide into an ultrasonic machine to obtain a suspension; centrifuging the suspension, and extracting the centrifuged upper-layer liquid; dripping the upper layer liquid on a quartz plate for drying to obtain a diindium triselenide two-dimensional nano quartz plate; and polishing thediindium triselenide two-dimensional nano quartz plate to obtain a saturable absorber. The preparation method of the saturable absorber disclosed by the invention can be used for preparing the saturable absorber in a cheap way, and is suitable for preparing the saturable absorber on a large scale.-
dcterms.abstract本申请公开一种可饱和吸收体制备方法、可饱和吸收体及光纤激光器。其中,可饱和吸收体制备方法包括:将块体的三硒化二铟放置于有机溶剂中;将含有三硒化二铟的有机溶剂放置于超声机中以获取悬浮液;将所述悬浮液进行离心处理,提取离心处理后的上层液体;将所述上层液体滴在石英片上烘干,获取三硒化二铟二维纳米石英片;以及将所述三硒化二铟二维纳米石英片进行抛光以获取可饱和吸收体。本申请公开的可饱和吸收体制备方法能够采用廉价的方式制备可饱和吸收体,并且,适合进行大规模制备可饱和吸收体。-
