Abstract: The invention provides a method for manufacturing mechanical energy power-generating cloth. The method comprises the steps that conductive yarns, non-conductive yarns and a fabric surface density of the conductive yarns in a first woven layer of the power-generating cloth are selected based on electrification factors of the power-generating cloth, wherein the power-generating cloth comprises the first woven layer containing the conductive yarns, a third woven layer parallel to the first woven layer and containing the non-conductive yarns and a second woven layer sandwiched between the first woven layer and the third woven layer and formed by hooking connection of the non-conductive yarns; based on the selected conductive yarns, non-conductive yarns and fabric surface density of the conductive yarns in the first woven layer of the power-generating cloth, the first woven layer, second woven layer and third woven layer of the power-generating cloth are woven; the conductive yarns of the first woven layer are connected with one end of an electric collector or an electric device, and the other end of the electric collector or the electric device is grounded or connected to a metal object. The method for manufacturing the mechanical energy power-generating cloth can produce an energy collector providing sustainable energy to humans and has high productivity efficiency.
本公开提供了一种机械能发电布的制造方法,包括:基于发电布的起电因子选取导电纱线、非导电纱线和导电纱线在发电布的第一织层中的织物表面积密度,其中发电布包括含有导电纱线的第一织层、与第一织层平行并含有非导电纱线的第三织层、和夹在第一织层和第三织层之间、用含有非导电纱线勾连而成的第二织层;基于选取的导电纱线、非导电纱线和导电纱线在发电布的第一织层中的织物表面积密度,编织发电布的第一织层、第二织层、第三织层;用第一织层的导电纱线连接电收集器或用电器件的一端,电收集器或用电器件的另一端进行接地或接金属物体。本公开实施例能够制造出为人类提供可持续能源的能量收集器,且产能效率高。
